This is a story about a young man who injured his finger with a knife and had a rupture of a thumb pulley. Unfortunately, after two operations, the pulley could not be restored. He has a plastic splint. it is functional but very heavy, the finger sweats in it and does not look very aesthetical. This guy is going on a long trip to the mountains this week. He plans to travel for several months. He needs a lightweight, comfortable, and durable splint. We thought about the design together. Wish him a nice trip.
