We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please keep in mind that each item is unique, so yours won’t be identical to the photo but very similar.
Returns and exchange details
All Jewel Splint items are custom or size orders and are hand made created
individually for the customer according to customers size and/or design.
For this reason, Refund or Exchange is not applicable to Jewel Splint orders.
The products have a warranty of 3 months. It is possible to send the ring back to
fit the correct size, in case the size was wrong.
In this case, contact us during 3 days of delivery, send us the picture of your ring
on your hand and wait for our exchange approval. The item have to be shipped
within 7 days of receiving.
Each item can be exchanged only once.
Place your ring splint in its original box, in a secure bubble wrapped envelope
which you will be sending the item back in.
Please make sure to include a tracking number and insurance for the jewel.
Jewel Splint is not responsible for any damage/lost or stolen jewelry while in
transport to us.
If you choose to take the risk of shipping your jewelry without tracking or
delivery confirmation and the package is lost, your exchange cannot be processed
and you will not be refunded – we strongly suggest adding
delivery confirmation and/or tracking when shipping your package.
If the jewel has been altered or damaged then we cannot accept it to changing a size.
The item must be delivered back within 30 days from the date you received it.
The item received after this date will not be exchanged.
If you need to make a size correction, then there is a 16$ shipping and handling fee.
Please make sure you pick the correct size!
The item must be shipped in its original box.
We are pleased to offer two types of shipping for you to choose from:
1. Standard Shipping is Registered Air Mail, with tracking number, and may take
between 7 days to 3 weeks to arrive.
Please note this option does NOT include insurance on the items being shipped
and Jewel Splint
will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods shipped by this method.
2. Upgraded Priority Shipping is Door-to-Door Courier, with tracking
number and insurance, and may take 3-7 business days to arrive.
You may select this shipping upgrade when you purchase your item.
Either option you select, we will send you the tracking number with a
notification as soon as the item has been shipped.
Any and all customs and/or taxes are at the buyer’s expense.
Jewel Splint cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping that are not under our control(postal services strikes or vocations).
If the country shipped to, charges a VAT Tax or any tariff,
we are not responsible for any said tax.
Packages that are returned, due to unpaid tax charges will NOT be refunded.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs charges and will not be held responsible.
International shipments can take anywhere from 6 days to 3 weeks for delivery.
