All our medical ring splints are handmade individually according to the sizes and diagnosis of each client. Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the size is incorrect and needs to be adjusted. If you need to return or exchange a ring splint due to a sizing issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to remeasure your finger and provide us with the new size information so that we can resize the ring. Please note that the shipping costs for the return and the new ring will be the responsibility of the client. We take great care to ensure that each ring splint is made to the correct size and specifications, but if you do receive a ring splint that does not fit properly, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
